Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped through USPS. Allow at least 3-10 business days for an order to be shipped, in addition to the time the mail delivery takes. Please take into account that holiday seasons, weather, or other setbacks may occur and are out of our control. Return & Exchange Policy
We do allow returns. Items must be received back at the boutique within 14 days from the arrival date shown on the tracking information. Items must be unworn with original tags. Purchaser is responsible for any shipping fees and will receive an email once we have we have received and begun processing the return. The refund may take a few days to return to the card of the original purchase. Jewelry, bodysuits, swimsuits, sale (not including discount codes), and any other items marked are not available for refunds. If you received an item damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days after arrival by emailing us or direct messaging through Instagram for more instructions. Once an item is shipped it is no longer our responsiblitiy and we are not responsible for missing/ damaged packages. When an issue like this occurs please contact you local shipping service.
